About Me.

I am a Professional Clinical Counselor with a background in working with numerous populations providing care through mindfulness, narrative, humanistic, client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other interventions based on the needs of the individual or individuals. My story is one of unconditional compassion to all. Populations I have worked with include:
